Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Smartpalle App (including the mobile app and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Use of the Service

Smartpalle App provides a platform for ordering from partner shops and, where available, pickup-and-drop services. You must use the service only for lawful purposes, provide accurate information, and comply with applicable laws. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it to harm others.

Accounts and Registration

To place orders or use certain features, you must register with a valid phone number and, where required, verify via OTP. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Orders, Payments, and Delivery

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the shop. Prices and delivery fees (including per-kilometer charges for pickup and drop) are as shown at checkout. Payment may be collected on delivery (e.g. cash on delivery) or via other methods we support. Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Pickup and Drop Service

Where offered, pickup and drop is subject to distance-based pricing and availability of riders. You are responsible for ensuring that items you send are permitted and properly described. We may refuse or cancel pickup/drop for prohibited items or safety reasons.

User Conduct

You agree not to harass drivers, shop staff, or other users; not to submit false information or fraudulent orders; and not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Smartpalle App name, logo, app, and website content are owned by Inficrux or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding or content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by partner shops or for actions of third-party drivers beyond our obligations as a platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months for the relevant service, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions by posting a new version on our website or in the app. The "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may notify you by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
